Refund policy

At MAKA SYNDICATE PRIVATE LIMITED, we value our customers and want to ensure a smooth shopping experience. As a small startup, we also need to protect against misuse of returns. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if the item has not yet been shipped.
  • Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellations will not be possible.

2. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of apparel and handloom products, returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team. You may reach us via:

  • Video proof (an unboxing video showing the parcel being opened) is required to verify damage/defects.

    • With valid proof: full refund or replacement will be processed.

    • Without proof: only 50% of the order value will be refunded after review.

  • Used, worn, or washed products are not eligible for return or refund.

3. Refund Timeline

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.

4. Exceptions

  • Products sold under clearance, discounts, or special festive collections are not eligible for return or refund unless defective.

  • Perishable or customized products (if applicable) are non-returnable.
